SybrGreen I binding size 1 minor groove =10bp in length

im actualy looking for the very same information, and even real time PCR specialists from various companies cannot really help me

so far i have been told that SYBR Green is a minor groove binding molecule

it would be great to know, because im interested in this particular problem (how many molecules per bp) to solve some real time PCR applications

actually, i dunno this is correct or not:
1 groove = 10 bp
1 SYBR = 1 groove
